Terms and Conditions

Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email.

By making a booking with us “More than memories” you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions as stated.

In order to confirm your booking a non-refundable booking fee of £75 must be paid directly to More than memories

The remaining balance of the booking is to be paid in full and cleared before the start of the event.

Any changes to the event date requires 2 weeks notice. It is also subject to availability.

In the event that More than memories is not ready to start at the agreed time due to unforeseen circumstances on our part then we will extend the finish time to allow for the full duration as booked and agreed. If More than memories cannot start at the agreed time due to a venue/customer fault or over run then the finish time will remain the same as agreed on booking.

More than memories have the rights to reject any bookings based on the venue location, access restrictions, car parking availability or any other reason that could impact negatively on the booking and use of equipment.

All props supplied are to be used within the photo booth only. They should not be taken out of the photo booth area.

Any missing or damaged props incur a charge of £20 

All goods remain the property of the company at all times.

The customer assumes complete responsibility for any loss of or damage to the Supplier’s equipment (other than fair wear and tear) caused by any misuse of the equipment by the customer, their employees or their guests.

Hired equipment once set up as agreed, will not be moved. 

Please ensure with the venue there is sufficient space for the photobooth, we require 4m by 4m floor space and to be within 5m of a mains outlet.

Please ensure that you have obtained permission by your venue to use the photobooth

The company reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the company feels that guests, clients or the venue are endangering the safety of guests, clients, our staff or the hired equipment. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to the company.

The company accept no liability for any injury that could occur in or around the photobooth.

The sound quality of the Marryoke system (if included within your package) depends on the surrounding noise (DJ, Loud music etc) and disturbance. We will always do our best to set up in a room or space adjacent to the event to avoid this issue.

If you have booked the green screen feature, then please be aware that no other features are available whilst this one is in use. For this reason, we use the green screen feature for the last hour of your event. This will require a 5 to 10 minutes to set up during the event.

We come an hour before the event time to set up and we will pack down immediately after your hire time finishes. If you require the booth for longer on the day due to unforeseen circumstances, please let a member of our team know and we will try to accommodate at an extra hourly charge.

If you require the photobooth to be set up several hours prior to the event this can be negotiated dependant on location. And idle fee will be charged at £20 per hour it is set up.

Digital copies of the images taken on the date of the event will be stored in our system for insurance purposes for a maximum of a year. During this time you can request digital copies at an additional charge. After the year is up, all digital copies on our system will be deleted.

If the event is located outside of the City of Plymouth then a delivery charge will incur.

Unless you state, we will use your photos for means of advertisement of our business. This could be in the form of our website, posters or social media. Your consent will account for the consent of your guests. Your consent will also account for others being photographed and published. You will be responsible to communicate with family/ friends/ colleagues/ guests that a member of our staff will be publicly taking photographs and any objections should be notified and passed on to us.
